    1. Consumer Guarantees Act

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

    2. Faulty Items

    If an item is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

    3. Change of Mind

    Please choose carefully as we do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase.

    4. Rental Equipment

    Rental equipment must be returned at the end of the rental period in the condition it was received, fair wear and tear excepted. The bond will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the returned equipment.
